Hotel Seven is a nice, clean hotel in Chandigarh. The room was nice and had a very good hot shower. The location is so good as you must walk or take a tuc tuc a couple of kilometers to attractions or restaurants. There is however a nice coffee shop nearby and a liquor store.

Worst ever experience in this hotel. They served us dinner which was pathetic. It was not just tasteless but there was smell in paneer dish. When asked to cancel order, they didn't agree and asked me to pay complete bill. Being with family they also threatened to pay or checkout immediately at 11 pm that too on Dec 2023 when roads were filled with dense fog.

While the hotel-staff tried there level best to satisfy the guests, they appeared overworked, stretched and out of sync with each other. This led to a confused environment resulting in delayed orders, wrong and untimely deliveries. It's a good budget hotel which can much improve its performance with small changes. Simple amenities like bathroom Matt, wiper and clean slippers can make a huge difference to guest experience. The in-house kitchen on the roof-top is not in good shape. It is not clean and also the staff accomodation is provided in the same place. The location however is good enough.

This is in no way a 3 star hotel and we feel cheated by the pictures and the good reviews The bad: the rooms were not even close to the pictures. The furniture has seen better days, there was dust on a lot of surfaces and the sheets were stained and had holes in them. We were lucky enough to have a room with outside windows but the curtains did a very poor job and keeping out the light. The fan seemed dangerously flimsy and there was no security box in the room. The good: the location is great, close to the Capitol complex and the park. The staff was ok, they were polite and helpful but quoted us a ridiculously overpriced taxi ride (2500 rupees to kalka)

To stay here was a very good experience .Reception and staff both were very cooperative and . A single girl can stay here becoz its very safe as I felt . Everyone was Helpful . After checkout u can spend time in lounge also according to your journey timing . Thank u Hotel 7 .

The location is in a prime location. Places were easily accessible from here. The rooms were maintained very clean. The staff were quite rude. Otherwise no issues to be told.

Had a very very bad experience. Had 1 night stay at hotel seven. Could not sleep entire night as this hotel has lot of bed bugs. Asked staff to change the room but they said that all the rooms are full. Had to adjust somehow for that night as we didn't had any option. Had worst experience here. Please do not opt for this hotel even for a single night. The basin sink also had leakage which is one more unhygienic thing here. In morning, when we asked staff to contact owner, his phone was switched off. These guys are least bothered about the inconvenience caused to the customer. Please thijg twice before booking this hotel.
